2-R-(4,6dimorpholine-4-yl-l,3,5-triazine-2-yl)-N-methylhydrazinecarbothioami de derivatives synthesis and antioxidant activity evaluation
Abstract
The research of new antioxidants among the new, first time synthesized derivatives of 2-R-(4,6- dimorpholine-4-yl-l,3,5-triazine-2-yl)-N-methyl-hydrazinecarbothioamide is described in the paper. In vitro pharmacological research has shown, that these new compounds perform significant antioxidant activity compared to standard antioxidant which is 4-methyl-2,6-di-tert-butylphenol (E321). Antioxidant properties of the synthesized compounds have been evaluated on the basis of nitric oxide (NO) radical absorption effect. These compounds can be valuable starting points in the drugs development, that operate under oxidative stress conditions.
