Scientific ground and determination of pharmacy pharmacist competencies
Abstract
The investigations of pharmacy pharmacist competencies determination by the method of group sessions of experts were carried out by authors of the article. As the experts the specialists of five areas of Ukraine: Dnepropetrovskaiya, Donezkaiya, Luganskaiya, Poltavskaiya and Kharkovskaiya have been attracted.
As the differentiated competencies of pharmacy pharmacist have been determined: interpersonality understanding, orientation on a patient, self-control, pharmaceutical examination; anxiety about: an order, quality and exactness; ability to have influence. Threshold competencies of pharmacy pharmacist: analytical thought; construction of mutual relations, command work and collaboration.
