Abstract

Socioeconomic systems (in fact structures) as an object of investigation are extremely complex. It is difficult to obtain valid results based on conventional methods of investigating such social structures and using their separate components. Social structures are entering one into another series of consequent levels of greater and greater scale. An investigator decides which level of structure should be studied and what unit of its analysis will be chosen and its structure can be generalized. Any chosen level of structure can be analyzed regarding its adjacent levels.

Emergency is a significant attribute of complex systems, that is the availability of such specific sy­stem properties which are not due to features attributable to its elements but they emerge in the process if their interaction as a result of cooperative effects.

The work covers emergent features in the context of nooethical positions. For the first time, the author has developed conceptual characteristics, principles and has defined the notion of an innovated term noopharmaceutics.
