Abstract

A new 2-(2-(4-Rl-5-R-4H-l,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetyl)-N-R2-hydrazinecarbothio-amide have been synthesized by condensed with isothiocyanates. Intramolecular cyclisation of hydrazinecarbothioamides gave the target compounds. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds have confirmed by the elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR spectra and their individuality by the thin layer chromatography met­hod. A few compounds tested for antibacterial effects. We have established the regularities between the structure of the receiving compounds and their antimicrobial activity indicators.
