The problems of harmonization of pharmaceutical legislation of Ukraine with the requirements of Good pharmacy practice
Abstract
The comparative analysis of legislative documents, which regulate activity of pharmaceutical institutions in Ukraine, and requirements Good Pharmacy Practice is carried out. In the developed countries professional standards for experts of pharmacy (GPP) are used in practical activities of drugstores along with the pharmaceutical legislation. Because domestic regulatory legal acts are not harmonized in full with requirements of the international standards, it is necessary to continue work in the given direction.
