Synthesis and biological properties of the γ-(R-phenyloxamido)-butanoic acids and γ-(R-phenylsulfoniloxamido)-butanoic acids
Abstract
γ-(R-phenyloxamido)-butanoic acids and γ-(R-phenylsulfoniloxamido)-butanoic acids were synthesized. The pharmacologic reserches showed that majority of com-pounds synthesized displayes diuretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity when the toxicity is low.
