Use of computer mathematical modelling in development of the dose regimen of coordinative germanium compound with niconinamidum in conditions of hypoxic syndrome
Abstract
Pharmacometric researches for determination of an optimum dose regimen of coordination compound of germanium with nicotinamidum (MIGU-2) permited to establish that introduction of this potential antihypoxic agent in a doze of 151,5 mg/kg in 72,72 minutes before modelling of a pathological condition provid maximum survival of rats in conditions of experiment.
