Abstract

A new precise and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the quantitative determination of flucon­azole in pharmaceutical preparations based on the reaction with bromothymol blue is developed. Validation characteristics such as linearity, application range, specificity, precision, accuracy and robustness are also determined. The method is valid according to these characteristics.
