Forensic and pharmaceutical study of features of turn-over of medical preparation with psychoactive property on the principle of Constitution of Ukraine

Abstract
In the article the results of the judicial-pharmaceutical monitoring of features of turn of medications are resulted with psychoactive property. It is set that takes place proof tendency of involving all the plenty of young people in the process of the use without setting of doctor by medications of different legal nomenclature groups. On the example of preparation «Cofex» measures are offered on the improvement of pharmaceutical legislation with the purpose of counteraction further narkotization of minor.
