The chemical hydrolysis kinetics for somnolent drug «Levana ІС»

Abstract

The kinetics of chemical hydrolysis for somnolent drug «Levana 1C» under acidic and alkaline pH had been studied. The method for chromatographic determination of unchanged compound and its hyd­rolysis product in the range 0.02—0.18 mg/cm3 was developed. It was found that under pH 3,45 during 6 hours there weren’t the noticeable hydrolysis of the drug, while under pH 8,33 the hydrolysis degree was 15 % (half-life time T1/2 — 40,3 hours).
