Dynamic of bioactive substances accumulation in the quince leaves in ontogenesis
Abstract
The results of the study the content of oxidizable polyphenols, flavonoids, procyanidins, hydroxycinnamic acids in the leaves of quince varieties of «Maria» and «Kashchenko number 18». The maximum amount of these substances was noted in the period of intensive shoot growth — in the month of June to early July and forms — for later forms of quince.
