Synthesis, physico-chemical propertys and anticonvulsant activity new derivatives 5-(4-methoxy)behzyl-l,3,4-oxadiazol -2-il- thioacetic acid
Abstract
The series of new derivatives 5- (4-methoxy)benzyl- 1,3,4-oxadiazol -2-il- thioacetic acid was synthesized. The structure was improved by the method of UV-arid NMR 1H-spectroscopy. Physicochemical properties and anticonvulsive activity of the substances synthesized is confirmed.
