Scientific and practical approaches to integrated management system effectiveness and efficiency estimation on pharmaceutical enterprises

Abstract
The estimation procedure for integrated management system functioning effectiveness and efficiency on pharmaceutical enterprises is suggested in the article. The procedure makes it possible to perform integrated assessment of integrated management system as interrelated processes system considering satisfaction degree of pharmaceutical enterprise stakeholders.
