Aminoacid composition of helianthus annuus and heliantus tuberosum

Abstract
In the organs of Helianthus annuus and Helianthus tuberosum up to 18 aminoacids, among them unsubstituted amino acids. Maximal content of amino acids was revealed in leaves Helianthus annuum and Helianthus tuberosum.
