Pharmaceutical law: particularities of regulation of the Argyrea nervosa circulation in the Ukraine from the point of forensic pharmacy

Abstract
In this article the problem of the need to improve pharmaceutical legislation of Ukraine to strengthen state control over the regulation of plant species Argyrea nervosa from the point of judicial pharmacy. Negative health consequences of drug abuse by the plants species of Argyrea nervosa by the youth were studied.
