Study of the content of polysaccharides in the fruits of sorbaronia

Abstract

The results of polysaccharides fractions content study in the fruits of sorbaronia sort «Liquor» by spectrophotometric method is adduced. In the composition of polysaccharides sorbaronia dominate hemicellulose - 1.47 % in terms of galactose containing 88 % hemicellulose A. Content of water- soluble polysaccharides is less than 10 % of the total content of polysaccharides.
