Synthesis and antiradical efficiency of the derivatives 0f 4,6-1,3,5 dymorfolino-1,3,5-triazine

Abstract

This work considers the pharmacological action of the first synthesized 4,6-dymorfolino-1,3,5- triazine.

Antiradical properties are investigated in vitro based on the effect of absorption of nitrogen(II) oxide radicals. It is found that depending on the steric and electronic properties of substitute R in the structure of the synthesized compounds, they exhibit pro-or antioxidant effect, which exceeds the 4-methyl-2,6-di-tert-butylfenol (E321).

These compounds may be valuable starting substances in the development of drugs that operate in the conditions of oxidative stress
