Study of the content of polysaccharides in the fruits of Viburnum rhytidophyllum hemsl.
Abstract
The results of polysaccharides fractions content study in the fruits of Viburnum rhytidophyllum by spectrophotometry method is adduced. In the composition of polysaccharides Viburnum rhytidophyllum dominate hemicellulose - 6,43 % in terms of galacturonic acid containing 22,6 % hemicellulose A. Content of water-soluble polysaccharides is 12,5 % of the total content of polysaccharides.
