Abstract

The possibility of obtaining a combined preparation of prolonged action of disulfiram and naltrexone for use in treatment of patients with different variants of drug and alcohol dependency in the dosage form an emulsion for injection has been shown. Series of combined emulsion preparations created. Conducted drug tests on samples of drugs and determined the optimal composition and technological process of obtaining. Further studies related to pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of a new combination product.
