Financial planning as main management function of pharmacy enterprise

Abstract
Analysis of financial indicators of pharmacy enterprise during last three years was shown. Financial planning by balance method was provided on its base. The results of it showed necessity and actuality of financial planning in pharmacy enterprise as the component of scientifically-based management.
