Abstract
Based on statistical analysis, a new way to establishing warning and alarm levels in the pharmaceutical enterprise is developed. This way reflects the requirements of regulatory documents, and allows efficient use of company resources. The block diagram of the actions of staff in achieving these levels is introduced. The standard operating procedure is developed and deployed.
