Abstract

The article presents the results of a content analysis of the sugars in terms of the fructose in the fruits and Elaeagnus angustifolia L. by spectrophotometric method is adduced. In the structure of polysaccharides fruit of Elaeagnus multiflora L. prevail hemicellulose, the content of which is higher in the fruit Elaeagnus multiflora L. Content of water-soluble polysaccharides and pectic substances insignificant and amounts to less 1 %.
