Analysis of phenolic compounds of fruit vaccinium ulicinosum
In the study we found 21 components, 16 of them identified. Of these, 5 flavonoids, presented flavonols (quercetin, rutin), flavan-3-ol (catechin, epicatechin), flavones (luteolin-7-glucoside) in addition to a very diverse set of hydroxycinnamic acids (o-coumaric, cinnamic, ferulic, chlorogenic, neoсhlorogen) found coumarins (dihydrokumarin, umbelliferone), hydroxybenzoic acids (gallic) and its ether – epigallokatehingallat, fenologlikozid (arbutin).
