Study of phenolic compounds in matrix tinctures Ruta graveolens by liquid chromatography
Abstract
The method of a liquid chromatography in homeopathist matrix tinctures Ruta graveolens, made from fresh, fresh frozen and dry materials, identified eight phenolic compounds: rutin, apigenin-7-glucoside, quercetin, luteolin, hyperoside; chlorogenic, caffeic and ferrulic acids, which have the advantage of routine (maximum concentration in all samples), hyperoside and chlorogenic acid.
