Development of sostva, technology and methods of standardization of tablets of «Tiotarin»
Abstract
The development of combined preparations on the basis of thioctic acid and taurine is a perspective direction in creation of medications for the prophylaxis and treatment of diabetes complications. By means of physicochemical, technological, microbiological and biological research the combined medicinal preparation in a tablet form «Tiotarin» for the prophylaxis and treatment of diabetes complications has been developed. The research related to the choice of indexes and methods of quality control of the developed tablets has also been done.
