Ethical norms of pharmaceutical business regulations

Abstract

While medicines are being promoted on pharmaceutical market, firms should follow the rules about pharmaceutical business ethics and also IFPMA, that were acceptabled in the beginning of the eighteeth . Advertised materials should include exactly and clear objective information about medicines and possible accessory effects. A firm is also responsible for the level of the professional skills, information and ethics behavior of a medical representative. The representatives of advertising, according to the acting legislation about advertising, should represent the information in general and specifically advertising about medicines.

Using not ethics and not legal methods in pharmaceutical marketing affects the branches imidge and the hole Ukrainian medicine.
