Research antiamnesic activity of the new combined preparations
Abstract
The estimation antiamnesic activity of the new combined preparations created from products of beekeeping and succinic acid: «Phepolenum», «Pollentarum» and «Phelentarum», on influence on preservation of conditional reaction passive avoiding of rats in conditions of experimental retrograde and anterograde amnesia is lead. The received results testify about expressed antiamnesic activity of the new combined preparations containing succinic acid: «Pollentarum» and «Phelentarum». Antiamnesic effect of these preparations is comparative and superior the effect of nootropic preparation «Piracetamum». Pollentarum’s and phelentarum’s antiamnesic activity supplements their investigated pharmacodinamic properties and it enables to characterize preparations as adaptogenes. Phepolenum does not have antiamnesic activity.
