Abstract

The results of biological availability studies of glucoribine ointment samples on different bases have been given. Pharmacokinetic studies have been carried out by radioactive indication method in vivo. It has been established that ointment bases affect biological glucoribine availability actively, and the most optimal ointment carrier is oil-in-water emulsion.
