Abstract

UV-spectra of medical products derivatives of imidazole (ketoconazole, clotrimazole, miconazole nitrate), 1,2,4-triazole (fluconazole) and naphthalene (terbinafine hydrochloride) in neutral, acid and alkaline solvents have been studied. Types of absorption observable strips have identified on the basis of experiment data and the scientific literature.

The basic optical characteristics of absorption electronic spectra have been studied for the first time. We have determined reactionary ability of nuclear groupings. We have proved the probability of transitions electrons on the basis of basic optical characteristics of absorption electronic spectra.
