Forensic pharmacy: expert providing of quality of psychoaktіve substances which are return from non-legal turn
Abstract
Quality of the expert providing of psychoactive substances which are return from non-legal turn providing by the complex of forensic examinations, for example, forensic chemical pharmaceutical, forensic necrology, forensic psychiatric and forensic medicine examinations.
On results the lead through of the indicated forensic examinations a question decides about qualification of corpus delict in accordance with the articles the 305—322 Criminal codes of Ukraine.
The proper qualification of corpus delict will be instrumental in democratic transformations, to directed on defense right suspected, accused and defendant, as it is declared in Constitution of Ukraine.
