Evolution of motivational theories of staff management and its influence on the definition of tasks and duties of pharmacy specialists
Abstract
Evolution development of staff management theories has been investigated by the authors of this article, opportunities of its practical application in modern activity of pharmaceutical enterprises have been analyzed.
It has been established, that the motivational theory, which is the most corresponding for conditions of pharmacy specialists activity, is the model of characteristics of work.
The calculation of work motivational potential in time of definition of tasks and duties of pharmacy specialists will promote increase of their work productivity.
