Abstract

Antioxidant activity of hyflarini hypoasotemic preparation (1% injection solution) on modelled microsome lipid peroxidation of in vitro rat hepar has been studied. It has been determined that the preparation possesses high antioxidant activity (significantly higher than that of ionol) under conditions of both fermentative and ascorbate-dependant lipid peroxidation. The preparation’s activity is based on its acting substance.
