Abstract

17 aminoacids were identified and quantitated in Trifolium pratense Hovers. HPLC method of identification and quantitation of aminoacids with derivatization by pheniltiocianate was developed.

Obtaine overall amount of aminoacids is about 3,96 %. Main compounds in analised samples were Aspartic acid and prolin with content about 1,48 % and 1,35 % respectivity.

Widely affordable and selective applications allows to identify and quantitate aminoacids in plant material without aminoacids analyzer.
