Quantitative determination of cinazepam in blood plasma and tablets

Abstract

The sensibilezed luminescence of Tb(III) ions in complexes with cinazepam have been investigated. The simple, fastand sensitive luminescence method for the determination of cinazepam in blood plasma has been developed with the limit of detection 25 µg/ml. The luminescence and spectrophotometric me­thods for the quantitative determination of cinazepam in tablets «Cinazepam» («Interchem»; 0,001 g) have been developed.
