Research of dependence of physical and chemical properties of glucosol actatehydrocarbonate peritoneal dialysis solutions from concentration of sodium lactat and sodium hydrocarbonate

Abstract

Influence of pH and concentrations of sodium lactate on decomposition of glucose is studied. It is set, that at the increase of pH from 5,0 to 6,5 and maintenance of sodium lactate the degree of decomposition of glucose is increased. On the value of pH glucosolactatehydrocarbonate solutions influences pH of glucosolactatis solution to sterilization, concentration of sodium lactate and sodium hydrocarbonate. At the pH 5,03 of glucosolactatis solution to sterilization and maintenance of sodium lactate 20 mmol/l and sodium hydrocarbonate 10—15 a mmol/l pH of glucosolactatehydrocarbonate solutions is from 7,17 to 7,43.
