Abstract

In the article were presented results of development analysis for interleukin-2 and alpha-interferon as drugs. Separate optimum terms in mixture on a sephadex- G-100 column were selected for these drugs.

Was established that linear gradient of ammonium hydrophosphatis solutions as eluent from 0 to 30% allowed at a minimum error to separate mixture of proteins at a triple reiteration and the least time of the procedure methodology up to 10 min-utes inclusive. Peptides cards of trypsinisated interleukin-2 and alpha-interferon are unique, concentrations of peptides and location of its bars reproduced only if used of hydrolysate from original proteins. Peptids cards of proteinous drugs it is possible to used in development of pharmacopeia articles for these preparations with the pur-pose of replacement high cost biological tests on instrumental methods, including HPLC.
