Personnel management of pharmaceutical organizations on basis of competence model elaboration
Abstract
Key concepts of the modern system of pharmaceutical organizations personnel management — competence and competences, have been examined by authors of this article.
The original competence model of pharmaceutical personnel, consisting of general organizational, functional and role competences has been offered.
Application of competence model has been grounded as the basis of all directions of modern personnel management: selection and recruiting, training and development, management of business career, personnel assessment and certification, motivation, stimulation and remuneration of labour, and also for elaboration of National competence standards.
