The modern approaches to quality management and personnel in accordance with standards of the good pharmaceutical practices
The basic requirements to qualification and evaluation of personnel in the limits of elements of the good pharmaceutical practice have been analysed. The adapted variant of the GPP model have been offered. The communication of form and sequence of the model GPP with quality of internal user — personnel of pharmacy establishment have been reflected. A mechanism of reorientation of pharmacy establishment on implementation of social function with focusing of all elements of the pharmaceutical help on the concrete personality of patient has been grounded.
