Red clever as perpetrating raw materials for creating medicines
Abstract
8 monosacharides were identified with the help of proper standards zones with highest fluorescence corresponded to fructose and galactose. Trace amounts of glucuronic and galacturonic acid were determined.
Method of spectrophotometric determination of polysaccharides in Trifolium pretense raw material was developed. Overall amount of polysaccharides in Trifolium pretense raw material is 11,46 ±0,39 %.
