Abstract

The influence of pH in a range from 2 to 8 on the degree of decomposition of glucose in glucosoelectrolite solutions is studied. It is set that thermal sterilization brings to lowering of pH solutions, appearance in the spectrum of two bars of absorption with maximums of 229—232 nm and 282—285 nm, that testifies formation of 3,4-dizoxyglucozon-3-en (3,4-DiES) and 5-hydroxymethylfurfurol (5-HMF). The difference of pH depends on the value of pH to sterilization. At a value of pH 2,0-3,0 3,4-DGE appears the least. In the interval of pH 3,0—6,0 5-HMF appears the least. The optimum value of pH is 3,0, at this pH 5-HMF and his precursors appear the least.

On the value of pH of glucosohydrocarbonate peritoneal dialysis solutions have influence pH of glucosoelectrolite solutions to sterilization, concentration of sodium hydrocarbonate. At the pH of glucosoelectrolite solution solution 2,0 to sterilization and maintenance of sodium hydrocarbonate 30— 40 mmol/l, pH of glucozohydrocarbonate solutions is from 6,87 to 7,04.
