Developments of the method and validation of the quanntitative determination for the amlodipina besylatum in tablets
Abstract
The method of quantitative spectrophotometric identification of Amlodipina besylatum tablets is worked out. This method is based on the interaction preparation reaction with aloxanum.This method is sufficient sensitive. Statistical motivated procedure of the validation is brought. The validation of the analytical methods held at scheme, which is specified in SPU; the following parameters were considered: range of application, specificity, linearity, exactness, accuracy, robustness, convergence of the results.
