Abstract

There have been synthesized derivatives of cyclopent [c] quinolinine by the way of interaction of the secondary amines with formaldehyde and cyclopentanone in nitrobenzene in the presence of perch­loric acid. We have obtained products of interaction of the synthesized model substances with aromatic aldehydes. We have investigated cytotoxic activity and detected substances possessing cytotoxicity in regard to the human tumour cells.
