The flavonoids accumulation in the Polygonum L. species at the vegetations period

Abstract

We have studied the content and flavonoids accumulation in the herbal raw material of Polygonum aviculare L., P. neglectum Bees., P. monspelianse Thieb. ex Pers. at the buding and eginning flowering period. We have identificated 7 substances of flavonoids natural by the method of thin layer chromatogr- aphy.The quantitative flavonoids determination had been carried out by the method of spectrofotometry. P. neglectum Bees., P. monspelianse Thieb. ex Pers. are perspective as substitutes for medicine using as P. aviculare L.
