Abstract

The synthesis of metha- and ortho-trifluoromethylsubstituted anilides of l-R-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-l,2- dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acids has been carried out. Their structure is confirmed by elemental analysis and NMR 1H spectra. The results of antituberculosis activity of the compounds study have been given.
