Experimental and clinical substantiation of usage of aronia fruit- containing drugs in diseases accompanied by ulcer formation
Abstract
It is well known that many drugs are used for treatment any disease accompanied by ulceration. But the problem of effective treatment of these diseases is still present. That is why the improvement of therapy of peptic ulcer and ulcerous diseases of skin is an important task for medicine. It is perspective to use plant origin drugs which have different pharmacological (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, réparant) effects. Especially it is interesting to make drugs using biologically active substances from Aronia melanocarpa fruit. Analysis of data about connection «chemical composition — pharmacological effects» of aronia fruit substances and results of our experiments make possible to conclude that creation of drugs from aronia fruit is useful for treatment diseases accompanied by ulcers formation.
