Abstract

A new 2-(5-R-4-R1-1,2,4-triazol-3-thio)-acetic acids were synthesized. For this compounds the reduction reaction were studied. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by the elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR spectra and their individuality by the thin layer chromatography method. A few 2-(5-R1-4-R2-l,2,4-triazol-3-thio)-acetic acids tested for antibacterial effects. We have established the regularities between the structure of the receiving compounds and their antimicrobial activity indicators.
