Abstract

With the purpose of search of matters with diuretic activity screening of a new group of compounds is carried out 4-(N-R-oxamydsulphonil)-oxanil acids. Pharmacological researches showed that the sharp toxic of new connections was in a range 1075—1680 mg/kg. Influence of the synthesized connections on a function excretory of buds is trained on white rats. Most connections promote a function excretory of buds. One matter exceeds after diuretic activity of Hypotiaside.
