The validation of the iodometric method of the quantitative determination of the nitrofural in the solutions of the pharmacy preparation
Abstract
The validation of the iodometric method of the quantitative determination of the pharmacy medicinal form with nitrofural is carried out. Investigated medicinal form is made in a pharmacy for emergency and most often used in different individual prescriptions. The validation was carried out under the scheme which is resulted in the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine (SPU). Such parameters, as range of application, specificity, linearity, repeatability, accuracy and reproducibility were studied in conditions of two various laboratories. It has allowed to come to conclusion about suitability of the given method for the decision of a task in view in the conditions of drugstores and the state laboratories.
