Generalization of results of interrogation of health care specialists on problems of functioning of medical insurance in Ukraine
Abstract
The results of all Ukranian interrogation of experts of public health care on problematics of introduction of obligatory medical insurance (OMI) and functioning of voluntary medical insurance (UMI) have been shown in the article. Authors defined priority directions of reforming of the national public health services and analysed basic and additional factors that have negative influence on a level of development of medical insurance. The opinion of experts concerning to the type of model of functioning OMI in Ukraine, namely budgetary-insurance, sources of financing of OMI funds and the control over their distribution have been presented in the article. According to the results of data processing of questionnaires the factors of external and internal character which have positive influence on change of opinions of interrogated experts about UMI have been defenited.
